The Orchard Square VIP Card applies to UK residents only aged over 18. Orchard Square reserves the right to refuse membership to any person.

The Orchard Square VIP Card remains the property of Orchard Square and is valid only for use within Orchard Square. Cards must be returned to Orchard Square on request. Orchard Square is entitled to cancel membership of any member at any time.

Orchard Square reserves the right to alter, amend or suspend the scheme or the terms and conditions at any time without limitation.

Orchard Square reserves the right to cancel the scheme at any time.

Only the cardholder can use the card. The cardholder may not lend or sell the card to anyone else.

If you wish to terminate or change details of your membership you must write to Orchard Square returning your card.

Any offer/discount/promotion made under the scheme is for Orchard Square VIP cardholders only. Proof of identity may be required on presentation of the card.

Orchard Square will not be liable for any loss, costs, damages or claims that you may have as a result of any change in the scheme or termination of your membership.

Orchard Square has the right to terminate membership if your card is found in the possession of any other person. If your Orchard Square VIP card is lost or stolen please contact Orchard Square and a new card will be issued.
